What time is check-in on Friday the 17th?

You can check-in as early as 3pm.

Why are we choosing to have our retreat in Asheville in the aftermath of hurricane Helene’s devastation?

In response to the destruction that Helene left in its wake, the Cove opened their gates to house Samaritan’s Purse volunteers, Billy Graham Rapid Response team members, and North Carolina State Highway Patrol personnel. We see the importance of our continued support of the ministry
of the Cove, and believe that our finances through the retreat will help them to continue serving their community.

When is the deadline to register?

Registration and final payment are due December 15, 2024.

What will I need to bring to RLVNT Women’s Retreat 2025?

· Bible

· Toiletries

· Warm Clothing

· Snacks (optional)

· Hiking gear (optional)

· Coffee creamer (optional)

· All rooms will be supplied with fresh linens

Will transportation be provided?

There will be no transportation provided. Please email us if you need assistance finding a ride.

Can I arrive late Friday night or early Saturday morning?

Yes, should you need to arrive late, please let Annabelle Taylor know of your approximate arrival time. Call or text her at this number (919) 917-5926.

Will my meals be provided?

The cost of the retreat includes 5 gourmet, chef-inspired meals.

Friday: Dinner

Saturday: Breakfast, lunch, and dinner

Sunday: Breakfast

What if I have dietary restrictions?

During your registration process you have the opportunity to list any dietary restrictions or needs you may have. These should be submitted ahead of time in order to give The Cove enough time to accommodate as best they can.

Will coffee be available?

Coffee and frozen yogurt will be accessible at no charge for the duration of the retreat.

Will I have free time and what are my options?

There will be free time on Saturday afternoon in between sessions.

Possible activities include: hiking, visiting the onsite bookstore, a quiet afternoon enjoying the mountain atmosphere from the comforts of a rocking chair, exploration around Asheville, etc.

Will there be an opportunity to serve the community of Asheville during our time on the retreat?

If you are interested in ways to serve the community of Asheville during our free time, there will be more information available as we near the retreat.

When do I find out who I will be rooming with?

You will find out room assignments upon arrival. If you would like to request a specific roommate(s), you have the opportunity to do so during the registration process.
